HORA participated in the meeting organized by the Romanian Ministry of External Affairs as a part of the “Diaspora Dialogues” campaign. The main goal of this session was to intensify and consolidate the diaspora dialogue through communication of consular reformative initiatives. This meeting was addressed to Romanian organizations as well as notable representatives of the Romanian diaspora.
