We were honored with the presence of the Romanian Consul General to Chicago, Tiberiu Trifan, who visited HORA Romanian American Cultural Center, met with HORA Board and members, RGS members, and Romanian professionals to discuss ways in which the consulate can help the community. A team from the Romanian Consulate to Chicago was in St. Paul to assist the Romanian community with consular needs.
